Protectors Vegas 2026 Turnkey Booth Guidelines & Requirements
Effective: 4/1/2026
🚨 Before You Arrive
Protectors Vegas 2026 is a 100% turnkey exhibit experience. Every standard exhibit booth is professionally built and installed by Show Management. These guidelines apply to all standard 10′ x 10′ and 10′ x 20′ turnkey booths, kiosks, viosks, mini booths, meeting pods and meeting cubes.
Please review the following requirements before shipping materials or ordering additional booth items.
Important Reminders
⚠️ Turnkey Booths Only
All exhibit booths are provided by Show Management. Exhibitors may not ship or install their own booth structures, backwalls, flooring, truss systems, hanging signs, or other custom-built exhibit components.
⚠️ No Rigging Permitted
Rigging is not permitted for exhibitor booths at Protectors Vegas. Because all standard exhibit spaces are 10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′ in-line booths, hanging signs, suspended structures, lighting truss, and other ceiling-supported elements are prohibited.
⚠️ Monitor Restrictions
Monitor sizes and placement have been standardized for all turnkey booths. Please review the Monitor Guidelines below before ordering audiovisual equipment.
⚠️ All Booths Follow IAEE In-Line Booth Standards
Every standard booth at Protectors Vegas is considered an in-line booth and must comply with the IAEE Line-of-Sight Guidelines.
⚠️ Non-Compliant Displays Will Be Removed
Exhibitors may be required to modify or remove any display, equipment, or booth addition that does not comply with these guidelines.

Badge sharing or transferring badges between individuals is prohibited.
Exhibitor badge allotments are determined by each sponsorship package. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased through the Exhibitor Portal, subject to availability.
All exhibitor personnel/attendees must be 21 years of age or older. No one under the age of 21 years old will be allowed in the expo hall at any time including move-in, show days and move-out.
Outside Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages may not be distributed, sold, or served from exhibit booths.
Exhibitors wishing to distribute food or beverages must order through the Event Venue Catering Team. Any special requests beyond these menus have to be placed through the property and will be subject to corkage and handling fees.
Any food or beverage that is distributed at exhibit spaces may be subject to additional fees or confiscation from the Event Venue.
Sound & Demonstrations
Product demonstrations and presentations are welcome provided they remain within the exhibitor’s contracted booth space.
Audio, music, speakers, microphones, and other sound-producing devices must be maintained at a reasonable volume and directed inward toward the exhibitor’s booth.
Demonstrations, attendee queues, and promotional activities must remain within the contracted exhibit space and may not obstruct aisles or neighboring booths.
Show Management reserves the right to require exhibitors to reduce sound levels or discontinue demonstrations that interfere with neighboring exhibitors or the overall attendee experience.
Security
Show Management will provide overnight perimeter security for the expo hall after the hall closes each day.
While reasonable security measures are provided, neither Show Management, the venue, nor their contractors assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Exhibitors are encouraged to secure or remove valuable equipment, electronics, personal belongings, and other high-value items whenever their booth is unattended or the expo hall is closed.
Booth Move-Out
Turnkey booth dismantle will be completed by Show Management and the Official Service Contractor. Exhibitors are not responsible for dismantling the provided turnkey booth structure, graphics, furniture, or other included booth components.
Exhibits must remain fully staffed and operational until the official close of the expo. Exhibitors may not begin packing, dismantling, or removing any personally supplied materials, displays, products, signage, or other booth contents before the published expo hall closing time unless expressly authorized by Show Management.
Following the close of the exhibition, exhibitors are responsible for removing any personal property and materials they brought into the booth according to the published move-out schedule. Any materials remaining after the designated move-out period may be removed, stored, or discarded at the exhibitor’s expense.
Cancellation of Exhibit Space by Show Management
Show Management reserves the right to cancel or revoke an exhibitor’s participation for failure to comply with these guidelines, failure to meet financial obligations, or conduct determined to be detrimental to the event, attendees, exhibitors, or venue.
Failure to remit required payments by published deadlines may result in cancellation of exhibit space without further obligation by Show Management.
Cancellation by Show Management does not relieve the exhibitor of any outstanding financial obligations.
Safety & General Requirements
All booth materials, displays, demonstrations, and equipment must comply with applicable venue regulations, local fire codes, and safety requirements.
Show Management reserves the right to determine whether any display, demonstration, or booth addition is appropriate for the event and may require modifications to ensure safety, operational efficiency, compliance with these guidelines, or a positive attendee experience.
