What is it?
HOW DO I QUALIFY?
There are two Protectors Pass Options – one for Creators, i.e., those who build products. The other is for Distributors – those who sell product.
Attendees selected for a Protectors Pass earn their complimentary ticket by agreeing to meet with three sponsors or sit in one one sponsored session.
If you are Distributor in a client advising role, depending on your book of business, you may qualify for up to $1,000 in travel reimbursement.
Attendees selected for a Protectors Pass with travel reimbursement agree to take five meetings with sponsors and attend one sponsored session.
All meetings will be double-opt in.
Travel Reimbursement Qualifications
Those who sell directly to clients – Agents and Advisors – receive priority with respect to travel reimbursements. Who receives reimbursements and the level of travel reimbursement is at the sole discretion of Protectors and will be based on the level of production, i.e., premium written and/or AUM. If work work at a non-profit, are a government official, or a startup, you may qualify for discounted admission with a VIP pass. Just submit our Discount Request Form to be considered.

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions by our attendees.
Yes! Protectors Pass Holders have access to all attendee experiences including all sessions, exhibit hall access, 1:1 meetings, breakfast and lunch, evening receptions, and sessions recordings.
There are two Protectors Passes. One is for Creators – those in roles at carriers involved in build products, and that includes those in pricing, competitive intelligence, and strategy.
There is also a Protectors Pass option for Distributors – those whose primary job is advising clients. This includes independent agents, advisors, those at wirehouses, banks, as well as broker dealers.
In exchange for a complimentary pass, Creators and Distributors who receive a Protectors Pass agree to meet with three sponsors (double opt-in) or attend at least one sponsor-led session.
Distributors who receive travel reimbursement agree to meet with five sponsors (double opt-in) AND attend one sponsor led session.
All Protectors Pass Holders are required to attend at least one sponsor-led session.
Both individual and team passes have access to the same attendee experiences. The team option allows groups to attend Protectors together.
Yes, we are working to secure a block of rooms at discounted rates. Once the room block is available, we will share the booking link with attendees.
Approximately 2 weeks prior to the event, we will send communication with instructions on how to select at least one session to attend.
Distributors – those whose primary job is advising clients – including but not limited to independent agents, captive agents, as well advisors, independent and those at wirehouses, banks, or broker dealers, can receive up to $1,000 in travel reimbursement.
Distributors wishing to apply for travel reimbursement must be active in the field and up to date on their licensing.
The amount of travel reimbursement is determined by Protectors and based on potential fit with our sponsors. Those with larger books of business and/or those who our sponsors will hope to meet will qualify for larger reimbursement amounts.
Travel reimbursements are paid 30 days post event and based on an agent / advisors completion of the program requirements (five double opt-in meetings and attending one sponsor led session of their choosing).
